MYTHOS & LOGOS MUSIC
Music Selections by Brent Dean Robbins

Welcome to the Mythos & Logos Music Selections pages. Within these pages, I've taken great pains to collect what I think are some of the best music money can buy. You will be hard-pressed to find a dud among the lot. Aural landscapes for the soul...

I've selected music, of course, that I like to listen to--music, largely, from my vast collection of vinyl, CDs, and cassettes--but mostly music which is somewhat timeless, groundbreaking, and/or involving just plain great musical craftsmanship. And, then, there is the occassional selection which is just plain hilariously silly, which I always appreciate. In this sense, these are all classics from many different genres of music: An homage to the great music of the 20th century from the blues of Muddy Waters to the cool jazz of Miles Davis, from the dirty-sexy rock of the Stones to the punk onslaught of the Sex Pistols, from the poetic folk of Dylan to the industrial age of Ministry. You'll find it all here in these pages.
